Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for store credit or exchange only. We do not offer refunds. Items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached. Once your return is received and processed, you’ll be issued store credit or an exchange, depending on availability. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is incorrect or defective. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. To start a return, you can contact us at vividcouture24@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
